The system is suitable for UHT treatment of milk, juice, and other bacteria-sensitive products, with an indirect heating system using tubular heat exchangers. The plant is equipped with a homogenizer and can work at variable capacities.

DESIGN BASIS
- The system is the latest European Design Tubular (Tube in Tube) UHT Sterilization for milk.
- The machines are made of first class components from European, USA, Japan which is assembled and pre-cabled in our workshop in China. The Quality is exactly the same as most European Reputable famous suppliers. (APV, Tetra)
- The plant has been designed to be sterilized by means of hot water re-circulation before the production starts.
- All the process components are pre-assembled on a stainless steel skid.
- The cleaning of the Plant will be of the Cleaning In Place type (CIP); the cleaning solutions will be dosed in the constant level feed tank and then re-circulated in the plant for a pre-set time at the proper temperature and finally discharged.
- The Control Panel Cabinet, placed on the skid, it’s in stainless steel. The Control System is equipped with electronic PID Temperature Controller and a Omron PLC for valves and pumps control.
- The plant components are automatically operated by Control System according to standard sequences.
- The Control Panel Cabinet includes also the equipment to control the different electrical motors, including a frequency converter for product feeding pump.
- The Control Panel Cabinet, placed on the skid, it’s in stainless steel. The Control System is equipped with Temperature Controller and a Siemen PLC.
- The plant components are automatically operated by Control System according to standard sequences.

Heat Exchanger:
The multi-tube tubular heat exchanger modules are in sanitary design. An external stainless steel tube is made of (AISI 316 L).
The cooling/heating medium flows on the outside of the tubes in opposite direction against the flow of the product. The heat exchanger is designed with fully welded product surface.
Homogeniser:
When product is fed into the adjustable valve, theparticles or droplets present in mixed fluids with high pressure will besubdivided into the very smallest sizes (diameter F=0.1~0.2 um, average F£1um )because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and high-speedimpacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersions could be produced.
Through homogenizing thestability, easy-absorb, long-shell-life, taste and color etc. of product couldbe realized.

Subdividing the particles ordroplets present in fluids into very small sizes ( submicron ) and creating astable dispersions and emulsions; Widely applied in fields offood, genetic engineering, chemical industry, pharmacy etc.
