DESIGN:
The machine is entirely automatic and electro-pneumatical. All parts in contact with milk, are of stainless steel, and are mounted on a stainless steel chassis. Plastic film sterilization is obtained by its passage in a hydrogen peroxide bath and dried by sterile air. The aseptic cabinet is sterilized through atomization of hydrogen peroxide.
